This is a unique independent Setting where everything we do is about our people and our children. Its a warm, friendly and caring environment with no bureaucracy or red tape.
You will be responsible for the Leadership of our growing team and the day-to-day Management of the Setting. You will have built yourself a strong reputation as an energetic, highly engaging and motivating people Manager, being able to demonstrate how you’ve built strong teams in the past. You’ll have experience of dealing with everything from writing Rotas’ to managing appraisals, training and complex people issues.
You also need to have demonstrable experience of working in an Early Years environment, understand how a business works and have plenty of experience of building high performing teams. You’ll need to be qualified to at least Early Years Education and Childcare Level 3 or equivalent, and be committed to continuing your qualifications with our support. Experience of Ofsted and Early Years SENCO is essential.

You will be required to work 4 days per week from 7.45am to either 5.15pm or 6.15pm dependant upon the day.
